Restaurant & Bar
The Australian’s main dining room is open to guests and the public with seating up to 100 guests. Our chef offers up classic meals with a twist, like our Slow Cooked Bakers Creek pork cutlet with in-house Bundaberg Rum & Coke BBQ sauce. We also can cater for guests who have special dietary requirements on request.

Monday to Saturday 7am to 10am and on Sunday 8am to 11am
Lunch daily 12.00pm to 2.00pm
Dinner 6.00pm to 9.00pm
